Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, Red snappers and other popular fish are plentiful in and around Quatsino Sound, and we will customize your trip for the type of fish you want. Our cold northern waters offer a variety of fishing zones, from the sheltered waters of the Sound, to the small Islands at the entrance to Quatsino Sound, to off shore Pacific Ocean fishing - all are great choices for fishing.

Quatsino Sound's remote location means you have an excellent chance of seeing sea otters, eagles, seals, sealions, whales, bear, and other resident wildlife. Not only can our charters be a fishing trip of a lifetime, but a real wilderness adventure.

Chinook Salmon fishing is year round. The salmon hold up in the area during the summer months in larger numbers to feed before heading down the coast to other West Coast locations. Quatsino Sound is the place to be in the summer to get trophy Chinooks (KINGS) well over 30 pounds. Coho and other salmon species are also frequently caught.

Our boat is a 24 foot Trophy walk-around with a washroom on board, Electric Downriggers, Depth Sounder Fish Finder, GPS, VHF Radio and Compass. The boat will carry up to three guests comfortably. For larger parties other boats are available.

We are a 2.5 hour drive from Campbell River on all paved road with a boat pickup at Coal Harbour or we can pick you up from Port Hardy airport (daily flights from Vancouver). We take you to the pictureque village of Quatsino where your Saltwater fishing adventure begins.
